Pichets

Jackson's wine list changes often, reflecting new tastings which take
place weekly.  Most of the wines on our list have been judged 90 points
     or higher by Robert Parker.

We encourage our guests to enjoy our fine wines in two ways:

                                           Traditional
                                        by the Full Bottle

                                                 or

                                          Partial Bottles
Served in individual decanters - called Pichets (pronounced Pee-shet),
so named from the wine pichets founds in French Countryside Bistros.

A Pichets holds 2/3 of a bottle (500ml) or about three glasses of wine.
     A Demi-Pichets contains 1/3 of a bottle (250 ml) or about a glass and a
half of wine.  This also lets our guests pour the selection at their leisure
and control the amount of wine in their glasses.
